Rather than diagnosing problems as an “expert” and handing out “one-size-fits-all” solutions, I prefer to operate from a stance of curiosity and wonder.
I use a narrative/post-modern perspective to help my clients to create and achieve personal goals. Narrative practices are wonderful at helping clients to defy past patterns of behavior, emerge from the stifling hold of expectations and shape a new and hopeful path for their life stories.

I help children, teens and young adults dealing with the emotional challenges that occur due to substance use, gender and sexuality issues and relationship problems.
