Description Of Practice
I believe that we are spiritual and energetic beings and that to truly address the challenges of our life and create real change, we must work not only the level of the body/mind but also on the spiritual and energetic level. My education and training has all been in pursuit of better and more effective ways to create change from all of these levels. I employ many Energy Psychology techniques such as the Emotional Freedom Technique because I have seen that these techniques can bring about rapid changes for people in their stress level, their limiting beliefs and in their attitudes and feelings.

I work with both individuals and couples. In addition to my work with the Radiant Life Center, I have co-founded Pathways to Radiant Loving, which offers counseling, classes and retreats for couples. Pathways is dedicated to inspiring harmony and Spirit in the couples journey.
