Qualifications I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado at Denver with a specialty in Couples and Family Therapy, as well as a designation as a National Certified Counselor from the National Board of Certified Counselors. Additionally, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management and have executive training through several major banking institutions, the 50 for Colorado Executive Training Program at the University of Colorado at Boulder, and graduate course work in Business Administration through Denver University. My solid academic background and life experience combine to provide a theoretically grounded yet real-world approach to my counseling style. Practice Description I offer a client-centered approach to therapy and a commitment to tailor my sessions to your unique needs and goals. I work in a collaborative manner, respecting your abilities, strengths and life path while also reflecting upon or bringing forth new insights that can stretch your patterns of thinking, behaving and feeling. These insights can then open the door to a richer life and more satisfying relationships. I use my extensive educational training, 22 years in a fulfilling relationship, expertise as a mother, experience as a business executive, intuitive abilities and sensitivity, to ground my counseling skills. I completed my Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado at Denver with a specialization in Couples and Family Counseling.
