I believe that the goal of psychotherapy is to promote insight and nurture change within an individual by exploring and resolving sources of dissatisfaction and conflict within their lives and their relationships so that an improved quality of life can be attained. Furthermore, I believe that psychotherapists and clients are partners in the therapeutic process, and it is my intention to provide services to my clients that will assist them in reaching their goals. The answers are within my clients; my part in the journey is to assist my clients in discovering insights that bring healing and peace into their lives.
