I strive to provide a safe and non-judgemental environment where clients can express their feelings and work towards their goals. We explore unresolved issues, road blocks in your life, and ways to work through it using new coping and communication skills. My style of therapy tends to be interactive and engaging. I utilize journaling, art therapy, play/sand therapy, and homework exercises the client can use to help create more opportunities for growth and self awareness.

Clients are seen by appointment. I provide services in English and Spanish. Premarital counseling and groups are available. Self pay only.
