I believe people want to feel heard, so they invest in therapy hoping to find someone who will listen. But listening isn't the entire answer. People want feedback too. They want to know how to reframe things so they can make better decisions. And that's what I offer my clients. My therapeutic approach is about helping people explore their lives, address their concerns, and honor who they truly are.
If you want to feel heard, are willing to raise your level of awareness, change the way you see some things and invest in new behaviors, then I welcome the opportunity to join with you in addressing your concerns.
