I know it is possible for each of us to change, heal and grow. As we do the work to become happier and more peaceful internally, we impact the people around us, and help create a healthier world.
I have been a licensed therapist in private practice since 1991. My style is warm, supportive, challenging and intuitive, creative, and grounded in my extensive education, training, and personal and professional experience. I use a wide variety of tools, including inner child work, guided visualization/hypnotherapy, cognitive-behavioral work, assertiveness and communication skill building, dream interpretation, belief/reality-checking using The Work of Byron Katie, narrative therapy, stress and anger management, conflict resolution, mediation, meditation and mindfulness training, and EMDR.
Most importantly, I love what I do.
