Description Of Practice
Psychotherapy is a privilege to provide and work that I love. Integrating Gestalt psychology, spirituality, creativity, and Buddhist thought, I will help you to create the ability to support the fullest expression of your self and your relationships. Start the journey to become the joyous and fulfilled person you have always wanted to be.
Additional Information
My orientation is relational and focused on increasing self-awareness in the present and giving voice to the imagination in the therapeutic process. My approach is eclectic integrating a variety of trainings that include Gestalt, inter-subjectivity, depth psychology and the use of imagination. I believe that finding meaning in the present allows a reorientation to occur. Accessing our unconscious through the use of the imagination allows the self to contact inner resources. Often the more spiritual parts of ourselves that can offer us guidance, hope, trust, and peace, are overwhelmed by fear, guilt and shame.
I also run groups and workshops focused on helping people engage their own creativity to access their spiritual path.
