I apply known principles of brain repair and brain development to stimulate the development of progressively higher language, play, and social skills in children with developmental or cognitive delays. My focus is on providing meaningful information at the child's stage of development while simultaneously addressing auditory, visual and vestibular problems through specific activities. I believe that autistic spectrum and attention disorders are the result of early sensory processing problems delaying development in frontal and sensory areas of the brain. Therefore, therapy is designed to address cognitive, sensory and pragmatic language issues simultaneously.
