My approach to therapy is Eclectic and Transpersonal, recognizing that there is more to us than our five senses and our will. Among others, I use cognitive/behavioral, family systems, psychodynamic, and Jungian techniques in order to deal wholistically with an individual or couple and assist them in attaining their goals.
Additional Information
Much of my work is with persons who have discovered that "having everything" still isn't enough. I assist clients who are searching for a depth dimension of meaning, purpose, balance, and connection.
