I have a Master Degree in Counseling, am Licensed by the State of Florida. I continued my education at New York Charted School AMI where I recieved certifcation in Imagery and Dream Therapy.

Do you want to embrace life instead of feeling ovelwhelmed? Discover resources you did not know you had?
I provide counseling for depression, trust and intimacy issues, transitions, anxeity, self-esteem, motivation, creativity, marriage counseling, personal and spiritual growth. I offer individual and couples counseling. I also host "Women In Healing" Groups, and Dream Groups.
The hardest thing is taking that first step, picking up the phone, trusting that your life can really change…if you are willing.”

I have been dedicated to giving back to the community and created two organizations to do this over the years.
I founded and ran a nonprofit organization called the Mothers Connection in 1983. A grassroots volunteer organization for mothers by mothers. By the time I stopped running it in 1986 we had over a 100 member families. We offered support and education groups, for moms and had child care workers trained in developmental child care. This organization still exists today and has served thousands of families over the years. It is based on the idea that mothers are wise and provide the best information and support for other mothers.
In 1990-1995 I founded and ran Creative Potentials, a nonprofit counseling center. area.
