I enjoy working with teenagers, really, and they seem to like meeting with me. They especially enjoy the breathing technique, as they don't have to talk as much as in traditional therapy.

I believe that we all experience difficult times in our lives, when we just need someone to talk to and to help us navigate life. The Breath Therapy technique is wonderful, in that is helps you discover what's in your unconscious mind; the part of you that keeps doing the not-so-right things over and over. By using this technique, you will discover what direction you should go in. You will not have to rely on someone else judgment.

You will also learn how to recognize, and listen, to that little voice inside of you. The one that's been giving you gentle prods in the right direction, but that you've been ignoring for some time now.
