Description Of Practice
I believe that every person is a unique and wonderful creation, capable of amazing growth and change. Along the way, life can bring both joy and sorrow which help shape who we become. I also believe that we can tap into our resilience to weather life's challenges and come out stronger on the other side. There are times in our lives when reaching out to another can help us tap into that resilience and thrive rather than just survive. Counseling is a process that utilizes a relationship between 2 or more people to explore life's challenges and tackle them head-on. That therapeutic relationship is based on trust, respect, confidentiality, and collaboration.
Additional Information
I am an experienced therapist, in the counseling profession since 1996. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I find it a genuine honor to enter into another person's life for a time to provide assistance and encouragement when challenges arise.
