Qualification Description
Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT) is a proven method for creating loving connections, where each of you feels sure of the other person. Research shows that 73% of couples going through EFT go from relationship distress to relationship health. In addition, relationships continue to improve after therapy ends. Other forms of couple therapy either have no research documenting their success or have a much lower success rate (the next highest being a 35% success rate).
