Qualification Description
I have been counseling for 18 years and in private practice for 10 years. I am also a Yoga practitioner and in training for my Psychodrama certification and incorporate both into my practice.

Description Of Practice
My practice is a holistic practice. Healing can only take place when we are paying attention to our mind, body and however you choose to define the third part of yourself: spirit, higher power, nature, music, ice cream, etc. My approach is to incorporate listening and respecting your point of view (Humanistic) with helping you to acknowledge and shift your thoughts (Cognitive), actions (Behavioral) and feelings (Affective),combined with techniques of Psychodrama (Role Plays, rehearsing conversations) with yogic breathing and physical and meditative practice when appropriate.
On site reiki, massage, and other holistic services are also available.
I work with couples and Individuals. I will work with your family or significant other upon your request.
Payment: To be discussed during initial consultation. I accept Medicare.
