In psychotherapy, my first priority is to provide you with a supportive, safe environment. I will help you identify obstacles that may lead to anxiety, sadness, frustration or anger. We can work together and help you find strategies to cope with these feelings and work through the obstacles. For children and teens, I provide individual therapy and parent training to help improve the child or teen's behavior, self-esteem, and coping skills. I will also help open the lines of communication, and provide you, the parent, with strategies to cope with your child or adolescent's challenging behavior.
