I am passionate about my work with children and teens. I enjoy providing them with the skills necessary to increase self-esteem, improve social and communication skills, and decrease depression and anxiety. I believe in working closely with the family to transfer success gained in session to your home. I also enjoy working with adults who are having trouble with parenting, feeling depressed or anxious, struggling with relationships, and/or in need of objective feedback.
