Qualification Description
Abba received her BA in Comparative Religion and Psychology with honors at the University of Vermont in 1993. She completed her MA in Community Counseling from Adams State College in 2003.

Description Of Practice
I use a collaborative approach to counseling, working closely with clients to listen to and satisfy their needs. I believe in allowing clients and their inner wisdom guide sessions, as well as using my own skills and training to supplement this process. I work to establish a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship.
I use mindfulness and in-the-moment approaches to help clients get in touch with deeper levels of experience and manage emotions. With a growth-centered and problem-solving emphasis, I help couples learn new communication skills and share in a safe environment. Couples focus on working as a team to be allied on their path.
